The Samsung B3410 is an innovative handset which provides a multitude of functionality all encased within a well crafted outer casing. It provides an expansive display screen which has a QWERTY keyboard situated behind it which simply slides out when required. The phone is compact and measures 102 mm by 52 mm and is 15 mm thick whilst weighing 113 grams.
The phones touch screen is a 2.6 inch TFT resistive touch screen which displays up to 256,000 colours. It offers excellent colour reproduction and offers a pixel screen size of 240 x 320 pixels. The aforementioned QWERTY keyboard is situated behind the screen and is responsive to touch and offers an excellent means of entering text and data when desired. The inclusion of the keyboard adds an extra dimension to this handset with its inherent ability to simplify data entry. Many handsets offer keyboards but few are as capable as the keyboard provided with this handset.
Tft Touchscreen Display
The phone comes with a 2.0 mega pixel camera which has a resolution of 1600 x 1200 pixels. It is an effective snap shot camera which takes images that are suitably good enough to be displayed on the impressive display screen. For anyone who prefers the ability to record video, this handset also offers QVGA quality at 13 frames per second. This is a useful alternative to static images and one that has become increasingly popular.
Connectivity includes GPRS, EDGE, Blue tooth and miniUSB, all of which are useful in their own way. File sharing is seamless when connecting to other suitably attired devices, whilst synchronisation is provided, which allows the handset to update files or download them, as and when required.
The phone offers vibration and ring alert types, with the added bonus of the ability to download polyphonic and MP3 ringtones, which means that the phone can be individualised in a number of ways.
